Return & Exchange

Return & Exchange policy :

Locus will accept returns and exchanges of purchased products within 2 days after the package is received by the customer.
Products returned must be in the same condition when it was received, i.e. without any damages or dirt, unused, unwashed, and complete with its price tags and packaging.
We have the right not to process the exchange if the product that is to be exchanged has stains or if the price tags and packaging are disposed.
We will process the return & exchange when we have received the products.
Postage of the returned and exchanged products will be borne by the customer all throughout the process, unless an error occurs in our part.
Products can be exchanged with different sizes or other goods with the same or higher prices. If the replacement item costs more, the customer must make an additional payment for the remainder of the price. We will not accept refunds and exchanges for items that are of lesser cost.
Items that are on sale will not be able to be returned or exchanged.
